Flanged DBB Ball Valves

Back to All Needle Valves / Hand Valves Main Page...

DBB Process valves allows for greatly simplified installation. Among the many advantages are reduced component count by eliminating conventional multi valve installation. This in turn results in a more compact installation size. Added to this, you benefit from a reduction in leak paths.

These valves can be installed directly onto pressure vessels or piping. They are available in ASME B16.5 and API flange connections, as well as standard threaded connections such as NPT.

The most common design is to have the outlet in 1/2" NPT to allow direct connection of a transmitter, gauge or switch. Alternatively, if you require an inline installation, the valve can be purchased with a flanged outlet to continue your piping installation.
